FAQ
What is Fitrah?
Fitrah is a mobile app that helps with Islamic learning and practice: duas, dhikr counters, Quran ayahs, flashcards, and more.
Do I need an account or password?
No. The app does not require accounts or passwords. Purchases, downloads, and updates are managed by the App Store.
Is my data private?
Yes. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect personal data. Settings and usage remain on your device. Optional feedback is anonymous and may include app version and device model only.
Does the app work offline?
Some features may work offline, however, core features require an internet connection to ensure accuracy and retrieval of information like tasbeehs, ayahs, and flashcards.
Prayer times look incorrect. What can I do?
Verify your device location permissions, time zone, and calculation method in app settings. If it still looks off, send details via the Contact Us form with your location and calculation method.
Notifications aren’t appearing.
Check iOS notification permissions for Fitrah in Settings, ensure Focus/Do Not Disturb is off, and that notifications are enabled in the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your iOS version and device model.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the Contact Us form above or in app buttons in settings. Choose the appropriate type (Bug, Feature Request) and include steps to reproduce or a clear description of the request.
Which devices are supported?
Recent iPhone models and iOS versions are supported. If you encounter issues on a specific device, include your device model and iOS version in the Contact Us form.
